The major types of physical activity that are

lung fitness. Examples are brisk walking, jogging,

Personal Training and Life
Coaching Policies and Protocol
Calling-In:
It is the responsibility of the
Client to call the Coach at
the appointed session time-slot. Be punctual and
prepared so that we can be most productive. To
focus the Coaching for your session, please be sure to
fill-out and submit all required forms.
Cancellation / Late:
If necessary, clients may cancel
their training/coaching sessions 24 hours prior to that session's
start time and reschedule without penalty. If clients do
not cancel within the 24 hour window, they forfeit the
costs and benefits of that session. If the client is
more than 10 minutes late calling-in for a scheduled
session, it will be considered canceled due to a client
“no show”.
