offers :  Beginner to Advanced Fitness Programs for Adults and Youth that center around physical activity and nutrition as they work together for better health. Being active increases the amount of calories burned. As people age their metabolism slows, so maintaining energy balance requires moving more and eating what the body needs to fuel the endeavor.

The major types of physical activity that are especially beneficial:

 

bullet

Aerobic activities increase heart rate and breathing and improves heart and lung fitness. Examples are brisk walking, jogging, and swimming.

bullet

Resistance, strength building, and weight-bearing activities help build and maintain bones and muscles. Examples are carrying a child, lifting weights, and walking. 

bullet

Balance/Core strength and stretching activities enhances physical stability and flexibility, which reduces risk of injuries. Examples are dancing, yoga, martial arts, and pilates.

Personal Training and Life Coaching Policies and Protocol

Calling-In:
It is the responsibility of the Client to call the Coach at the appointed session time-slot. Be punctual and prepared so that we can be most productive.  To focus the Coaching for your session, please be sure to fill-out and submit all required forms.

Cancellation / Late:
If necessary, clients may cancel their training/coaching sessions 24 hours prior to that session's start time and reschedule without penalty. If clients do not cancel within the 24 hour window, they forfeit the costs and benefits of that session. If the client is more than 10 minutes late calling-in for a scheduled session, it will be considered canceled due to a client “no show”.
